Individual Seeking Help
If you are feeling hopeless, depressed, mentally out of control, or are abusing drugs or alcohol, please know that we are here to help and you are not alone!
Asking for mental health help and recognizing it is time to ask for help is often the most difficult step in the recovery process. As children, we are often taught to not ask for help, which is misguided. All successful people in life have received help in one form or another in their lives. Asking for mental health help is not much different than some of your everyday situations in which you ask for help, but it is a very important step on the road to recovery.
The staff members of Strategic Behavioral Center-Wilmington are here to listen and help you decide the best course of action.
Please call (855) 537-2262 to schedule a free, confidential assessment.
